We are very excited to announce the structure of our After-School Day or Extended Day opportunities for students. For students in grades K - 6, the after-school options will be basically unchanged for school year 2015 - 16. Students in grades 7 - 11 will probably not stay after-school everyday but will be afforded the opportunity to participate, as they wish, in the following ways:
CIvil Air Patrol - required for grades 9 - 11
- On Mondays, all cadets in grades 9 - 11 will participate in Civil Air Patrol trainingand meetings.
- Clubs
- various grade levels
- Once the school year begins, the days and times will be made available.
Sports
- Players grades 6 - 11
- Supporters - all grade levels are welcome to attend sporting events and root for The NCLA Silver Falcons
- Tutoring - No Fee
Each teacher (MS/HS/grade levels) will choose 1 day per week to stay after-school to work with students that may need extra help or enrichment. This will work best as students use this resource on an as needed basis.
- Tutoring will last for 45 minutes.
- Imprints Cares
Supervision for students in grades K - 6
- Grades 7 - 11. Older student supervision - separate from lower school
